At Oarai Berries you can enjoy picking 9 different kinds of strawberries including the local variety, 'Ibarakiss'. Entry into the farm allows you to pick and eat as many strawberries as you want for 45 minutes. You can also buy strawberry products and condensed milk for dipping at the ticket counter. The strawberry season begins in January and lasts until early June. Strawberries are grown in polytunnels meaning you can enjoy picking whatever the weather.

The farm can get crowded during busy periods so make sure to book by phone or email to reserve your time slot.
